Professor Andreas Kremer has been rector at the Bundesbank University since April 1, 2026. Prior to that, he served as vice rector and full-time faculty member . Before joining the Bundesbank, he worked as a tax consultant at a firm in Limburg and simultaneously held various teaching positions at different universities.

Teaching suits me; I enjoy doing it, says Kremer of himself. In Hachenburg, he teaches students all aspects of accounting. This will remain the case, albeit with a reduced teaching load, as the holder of a doctorate in business administration continues to be a full-time member of the faculty in his role as Rector.
